 I provide a clean-out service for when the auction is complete.  It entails removing unwanted items and garbage. When my crew is done, the house will be empty and free of trash.  This excludes hazardous material, paints, and chemicals. 

 We will wipe out cupboards, wipe down countertops, remove cobwebs, dust the house, sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean the bathroom. 

We can provide quotes for small repairs that will help market the property better.
